Our Story
We are located in Sulphur, Ok & we love wienie dogs. We have a small farm and all of our babies are raised around goats, chickens, ducks, a Great Pyrenees named "Cali", & lots of children. All of the babies will come more than spoiled thanks to me, my husband, & our two children.
Welcome to Buckhorn Dachshunds!
About 5 years ago, my husband and I got our first dachshund. She is our black & tan dapple named Doppler. She is definitely the baby of the family! We were so happy with her we decided to get her a sister when we got Daisy, our cream piebald. And we just expanded from there. I am blessed to be able to stay at home with my wonderful children and in doing so, we are able to raise these beautiful babies.
We have a variety of colors including reds, red dapples, black/tan brindle, red brindle, cream piebald, cream, black/tan dapple, piebald brindle, & black/white piebald. We have 11 breeding females and 2 males. Some of our girls have never had babies and we only let them breed once a year! Eight of our girls are smoothe haired, 3 are long haired, and our two males are long haired as well!
All of our babies go to their new homes at eight weeks of age and they will come current on their vaccinations & wormings. I am also more than happy to hold a puppy longer than the eight weeks due to birthdays, vacations, anniversaries, holidays, etc. Please be sure and check out our specials page!
